8R Series Tractor

Tractor weights have increased approximately 1200 lb on model year 2011 and newer 8R Series Wheel Tractors. The weights are fairly evenly split from front to rear. This is in line with the amount of weight the increased horsepower will require. For the most part, the same number of suitcase and wheel weights are required on current 8R models as with model year 2010 8R Tractors. Track tractors increased approximately 600 lb with the majority of that weight on the front, lessening the need for suitcase weights on current 8RT models compared to model year 2010 8RT Tractors.
