Oil separator attached

In order to eliminate oil discharge dripping out of the hose from the engine bleed/blow-by, an oil separator is often attached. The air escaping from crankshaft ventilation, or blow-by, might contain oil steam which condensates in the hose and drips out of the hose onto the ground. To eliminate this situation, we offer an oil separator which separates the oil from the blow-by air and guides it back to the crankcase with a hose connected to the oil stick pipe.  The oil separator allows for tractors to be operated in sensitive areas such as municipal operations and grasslands, as well as prevents oil dripping from the crankcase ventilation system.

The engine ventilation and oil separator kit is available for all 6030 and 7030 Series and 6030 Premium and 7030 Premium Series Tractors.

Oil separator

NOTE: Extracts oil particulates from the crankcase ventilation system and returns them back into the engine sump.  This reduces oil consumption, prevents oil from dripping from the crankcase ventilation system and allows tractors to operate in environmentally-sensitive areas.
